We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer payments, vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, and price file maintenance.
You will work closely with the finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable: Process customer payments, raise credits, and maintain up-to-date records.Accounts Payable: Enter and process vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction records.Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Price File Management: Ensure accurate billing and pricing consistency across customer accounts.Sales Team Support: Manage new account applications and monitor customer credit limits.Customer Service Support: Assist with customer inquiries and provide financial data for resolutions.General: Collaborate across departments, suggest process improvements, and adhere to company policies.About You: Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (preferred).Understanding of financial principles and processes.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you!
