You will oversee vendor invoice processing, assist with month-end close activities, post journals, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and liaise with third parties to resolve payment and related issues, ensuring smooth financial operations.In addition to this, your responsibilities will include;Assisting with cashflow forecasting for supplier paymentsLiaising with vendors to resolve queriesAnalysis of monthly costs and preparation of accrualsPrepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and process bank clearing journals in ERPProcess credit card and staff expense reimbursementsSupporting external auditors by addressing queries in a timely mannerQualificationsTertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance and experience in Accounts PayableIntermediate MS products (Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI) skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge and experience of accounting standards, procedures and systemsTeam player and highly motivated by customer satisfactionAnalytical skills and strong problem-solving abilitiesGood oral and written communication skillsAdditional InformationWe offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and diversity.
