Accounts Officer – Wynnum Golf Club

Wynnum Golf Club (est. 1922), in Brisbane's Bayside, offers an 18-hole golf course and practice facilities, with the Clubhouse offering Bistro, Bar, Gaming and Wedding and Function Centre.
The Club seeks a casual Accounts Officer for 15 to 20 hours a week, on Mondays and across Tuesday/Wednesday by arrangement, usually 8.30am to 3pm. The Accounts Officer will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Administration Manager to deliver financial reporting, budgeting and auditing, and will provide general support to the senior team.
Candidates are required to have at least six months of accounts experience including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation and data input. Candidates will also be experienced with using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word. Qualifications in business administration and experience with using the Xero accounting software would be welcome, however not essential.
The role requires a collaborative, flexible and personable capability to support the senior team within a busy and fast-paced golf and hospitality environment.
