Responsibilities will include: Stay Audit-Ready: Adhere to compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and systems to meet audit requirements and mitigate adverse business impacts.
Keep Purchasing on Track: Perform data processing for the purchasing administration team, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet suppliers' commercial terms.
Manage Vendor Records: Administer the creation and modification of vendors for the Wilmar Sugar Australia Group, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Resolve Reconciliation Issues: Assist Wilmar Shared Services in resolving goods receipt/invoice receipt (GRIR) reconciliations to meet performance targets.
Coordinate for Timely Approvals: Work closely with workflow approvers to keep processing on schedule.
The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and data processing.
Ideally you will have a strong foundation in Accounting or Business disciplines.
Tertiary qualifications in these fields are highly regarded but not essential.
