Accounts Officer - Insurance Broking - Hybrid Available

Are you an experienced accounts officer or even an Assistant Broker that wants to move into accounts?
Work within a successful national insurance group.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKSWill be provided in detail at client interview but will include:
Banking, processing (online, cheques, credit card) and bank reconciliations;Broker commission calculations and payments;Underwriter reconciliations and payments;Premium funding calculations, reconciliations and payments;Authorised representative commission calculations, reporting and payments;Any all other duties. RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITYReports to Group Accountant, Operations Manager and all other management staff.
Has authority and responsibility for accurate and on time performance of all duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEYou will need to have good accounts experience associated with general insurance, preferably broking.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEInsurance knowledge preferred, good excel skills essential.

CLIENT OVERVIEWLocated in CBD fringes, they are a national broking firm with a number of authorised representatives located nationally.
