Accounts Officer

Our business is looking for a permanent, Full Time/Part Time Accounts Officer with a proactive nature, who will enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Flexible hours will be considered for the right applicant.
The role: All finance related tasks, encompassing AR/AP, reconciliations and general ledger upkeep Finance administration tasks, including client account enquiries via telephone and email, system upkeep and general administration tasks as required Process orders/sales Stock dispatch and tracking Sales rebates collation, checking and payment Payroll Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed About you and your skills and qualifications: Demonstrated finance experience in systems and processes Business, Commerce or Accounting Qualification preferred (not essential) Detail Oriented, Analytical thinker able to propose process enhancements Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent organisation, planning, time management and communication skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and able to operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to have fun, contribute and be part of an outgoing team What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment.
