Accounts Officer – Foodservice Distribution
Our office has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join our Foodservice distribution company in Cannonvale. This is a full-time position , operating Monday to Friday , supporting our accounts team with data entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry of invoices and payments Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable Handling customer inquiries via phone and email Providing exceptional customer service Assisting with account reconciliations Maintaining high levels of accuracy in financial records Multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts, stock data entry, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with data entry Great problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team Forward-thinking approach and ability to meet deadlines Pleasant and friendly disposition with great customer service skills Comfortable sitting for extended periods Availability to work during school holidays Preferred but not essential:
Experience in a warehouse or office environment Familiarity with the food industry (though not required) We offer a fast-paced yet supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. Training will be provided to ensure you're set up for success in the role.
