Accounts Officer – Foodservice Distribution Our office has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join our Foodservice distribution company in Cannonvale. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday, supporting our accounts team with data entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Accurate data entry of invoices and paymentsManagement of accounts payable and accounts receivableHandling customer inquiries via phone and emailProviding exceptional customer serviceAssisting with account reconciliationsMaintaining high levels of accuracy in financial recordsMultitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts, stock data entry, or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with data entryGreat problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and professional phone mannerAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively in a teamForward-thinking approach and ability to meet deadlinesPleasant and friendly disposition with great customer service skillsComfortable sitting for extended periodsAvailability to work during school holidaysPreferred but not essential: Experience in a warehouse or office environmentFamiliarity with the food industry (though not required)We offer a fast-paced yet supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.
