Job Description Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and manage accounts payable/receivable efficiently.Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to budgets.Support: Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as needed.The Successful Applicant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Working Rights within Australia.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Navision, Net-suite, and SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.What's on Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
