Accounts Officer

We are a leading company manufacturing high-end architectural drainage products, selling Australia wide and internationally. We are based in South Nowra and currently seeking a committed and diligent Accounts Assistant. This is an exciting career opportunity for an Accounts Assistant and/or recent graduate looking to build a career in accounting.Duties include:Entering all invoices into accounting systemResolving invoice discrepancies and queriesProcessing creditor payments and credit card paymentsAccounts receivable administration and coordination for major accountsEmail and phone communication related with accountsProvide back-up Receptionist supportAd hoc administrationThe ideal candidate will be a good team player, self-motivated and organised with:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleAbility to seek out and solve problemsAn inquiring mindsetExperience in using accounts programsIntermediate level Microsoft Office and 365Strong communication skills, both written and verbal#J-18808-Ljbffr
