You will be responsible for: Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card Allocation of credit and debit invoices Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds Weekly processing of underwriter payments Monthly processing of Subagent payments Additional ad hoc duties as required SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year's experience in an Accounts role Knowledge of Accounts Payable benefical Intermediate Excel Skills is essential Excellent customer service and communication skills High level of accurate data entry skills Strong communication skills & 'can do' attitude Graudates encouraged to apply!
