Accounts Officer

This role reports through to the Accounts Manager and you will also work closely with the other directors on the board.

Responsibilities
This Accounts Officer position will play an important role in the overall financial performance of the organization. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivableProcessing all suppliers and contractor's invoices in preparation for payment for weekly and monthly paymentsReconciliations of Suppliers StatementsAssist with supplier and contractor queriesReconcile Credit Cards SpendingMonth-End reconciliation of Creditors G/L and Subsidiary LedgerAd hoc duties and administrative support as required.Assist Accounts Manager with month end activities Qualifications
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have
Deltek accounting system advantageous A minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable/receivableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressureIntermediate to advanced excel
