If you have an inquiring mind and enjoy investigating and problem solving, then you will love this role. Based in our Mandurah office, we have the flexibility to make this a full time (5 days, 38 hours) or part time (4 days, 30 hours) role for the right candidate. Reporting to the Company Accountant your key responsibilities include: End to end Accounts Payable Stock Control including reconciling stocktakes, analysing and resolving variances Supplier price negotiations and monitoring adherence to pricing agreements End of month support Financial reporting and administrative support as required Banking activities The ideal candidate: 3 years' experience with Accounts Payable Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MYOB Excellent investigative skills and an eye for detail Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively couple with strong time management skills.
