About the role We have an amazing entry-level opportunity in our Sydney officefor a casual Accounts Officer to join our busy team. This rolewould be ideal for a candidate looking to launch their career inAccounts, in a vibrant professional services environment. Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, your tasks willinclude (but are not limited to) the following: Employee reimbursements Client maintenance Process high volume invoices & arranging payment Cheque handling and processing Client refunds Petty cash handling Corporate credit card reconciliations Attend to general Accounts helpdesk enquiries About you To be successful in this role, you must be available a minimumof two days per week. Some of the qualities and attributes we arelooking for include: The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times; Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise work andmeet deadlines; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to quickly learn new systems; High rate of accuracy and attention to detail; and Be motivated and commercially minded.
