Accounts Officer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client in Banyo.
This is a temporary role for approximately two months.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities: Reconciliations: Assist with monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Data Entry: Input invoices, receipts, and credit notes into the accounting software.Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including filing and archiving documents.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.Key Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracyExperience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for finance, we would like to hear from you.
