About the role: Full-function Accounts Payable processing Matching, batching, and coding of invoices Assisting with Accounts Receivable Preparation and processing of payment runs Bank and credit card reconciliations Processing of a small payroll Providing administrative support as required Assisting with various process improvements, projects, and admin tasks within the scope of the role.
About you: To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience in the role accountabilities Construction industry experience is highly advantageous Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Strong with systems and proficient with MYOB and Microsoft Excel Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A professional and positive attitude.
