Job Description Your main job duties will include: Accounts Payable Supplier Invoices & Credit Card Receipts Review all supplier invoices for accuracy.
Ensure all supplier invoices are processed with the highest level of detail.
Send weekly supplier invoice report to Financial Controller for review.
Credit Cards Reconcile balance sheet accounts to bank facility statement.
All credit cards to be fully reconciled to the end of the billing statement date by EOM day 5.
Weekly Supplier Pay run Prepare and process.
