We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include: Raising daily invoices to clients for various stages of the building process Coordinate and generate invoices for final payments to enable timely handover of homes Raise monthly invoices for commercial properties Maintain integrity of the accounts receivable ledger Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner Work with credit controllers to minimise overdue invoices General administration duties Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, a successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes: Highly developed verbal communication skills A high level of numeracy and attention for detail Problem-solving and negotiation skill Outcome focused and target driven The ability to remain calm under pressure Have excellent organisational and time management skills A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square The ability to work autonomously and in a team Proficient experience with Microsoft suite products The person we are seeking is someone who will be able to hit the ground running.
