Using our Salesforce technology stack including Zuora, NetSuite & Tableau, you'll record, evaluate and interpret financial data to identify gaps, trends and areas of improvement which actively make LEAP even better for our people, clients and communities.

What you'll do Reporting to the Finance Manager you'll join LEAP's Finance Team as the Accounts Officer, responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks that support the wider business. Initially you'll learn the ropes in Accounts Receivable, processing debtor payments and answering any customer account related queries. As you grow and become more familiar with how we operate, you'll get plenty of opportunities to expand into the areas you are interested in. Your day-to-day might look like this:
Assist with any billing processes as requiredProcess new business and renewal contracts in LEAP's billing system, ensuring all paperwork is completeProcess subscription amendments as requiredMaintain Zuora processing documentationInvestigate and resolve customer queries specific to invoicingIdentify the cause and solution for various customer queries, working with other departments to resolve and reconcile incorrect details on client accountsAssist with overdue collection of outstanding debtProcess receipts and ensure they are allocated to the correct debtor accounts in a timely mannerWork with your team to ensure shared inbox items are allocated correctly between Accounts Receivable and CollectionsAssist with ad-hoc Accounts Payable tasks, managing expenses in our integrated systems, Lightyear and Expensify.Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks, getting exposure to our reporting system, NetSuiteAd-hoc administration tasksWhat you'll bring Managing work (includes time management) – effectively managing one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficientlyApplied learning – assimilating and applying new job-related information in a timely mannerCommunication – clearly conveying information to team members and clients in a timely and constructive mannerWork standards – setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposedBuilding relationships – develop and maintain ongoing relationships with both team members and customersWhy join LEAP?
