ABOUT THE ROLE An opportunity exists for an Accounts Officer to join the Finance Team. This role will primarily support the team in completing daily bank reconciliations and the processing of invoices, other key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the preparation and processing of payment runsProcessing of accrual, prepayments, and subsequent journalsMaintenance of Bank Guarantee RegisterPreparing and circulating debtor/creditor reports each monthAssisting in the production of payment reportsDebtor ledger chasing where requiredABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has:
Previous accounts experience (in the Construction or Property industry desirable)Jobpac experienceIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel and WordA desire to work in a highly motivated team environmentThe ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and to a deadlineThe ability to communicate in a confident and clear mannerA keen eye for detail and ability to produce high quality, accurate content consistentlyExperience in MYOB or other accounting software advantageousLIFE AT MOSAIC At Mosaic, you can be assured of the support and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.
