Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper / administrator for an immediate start. Due to significant growth, this is a great opportunity to join a successful metal and powder coating company on the Gold Coast.
Not only will you be an experienced bookkeeper, you will be a forward thinker and willing to assist the management and operations team on a daily basis
Key responsibilities -
Responsible for weekly payroll
Accounts receivable and payable
Balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare quarterly BAS statements
General administration duties such as answering phone calls, stakeholder engagement and answering emails
Assisting the general manager and director when required

Ideally you will have
Experienced in bookkeeping essential
Cert 3 in bookkeeping and accounting highly desirable
Experience using xero
CRM experience desirable
Strong data entry skills
High attention to detail
Proficient with microsoft office
