Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper / administrator for an immediate start.

Not only will you be an experienced bookkeeper, you will be a forward thinker and willing to assist the management and operations team on a daily basisKey responsibilities - Responsible for weekly payrollAccounts receivable and payable Balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare quarterly BAS statements General administration duties such as answering phone calls, stakeholder engagement and answering emailsAssisting the general manager and director when required Ideally you will have Experienced in bookkeeping essential Cert 3 in bookkeeping and accounting highly desirable Experience using xero CRM experience desirableStrong data entry skills High attention to detailProficient with microsoft office For more information on this role please contact or apply online today.
