About your new job : Working in a small team, you will be responsible for:
Processing of supplier invoicesInvestigate and resolve supplier queriesWeekly payment runsIntercompany and foreign transactionsAllocation of paymentsIssuing customer invoicesCollection of outstanding accountsBank reconciliationsCash flow forecasting and analysisAssist with month-end preparation and balance sheet reconciliationAssist with Profit & LossAd-hoc tasks as requiredAbout You : To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
Previous experience in a similar position in particular accounts payable and receivableKnowledge of Excel intermediate to advanced levelAbility to work to a strict schedule and be results focusedStrong communication skills as well as attention to detailExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExposure to XERO or MYOB is highly beneficialAbility to work autonomouslyWhat is in it for you : This is an opportunity to join a growing global organisation with a supportive and nurturing management team.
