The company:
A leading construction company, established over 20 years are looking for an Assistant Accountant who has experience working for a construction company or a manufacturing company to join their close-knit team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Electronically stamp invoices from emails Print invoices and stamp with relevant stamps Open incoming Mail and distribute Register invoices in Jobpac.(other software if applicable) Attach documents and file on serverDistribute invoice / progress claims to project teams Follow up on the insurances and other documents required Assist with data entry of credit card receipts, payments and reconciliations Create new creditors and maintain existing records including insurances for subcontractors Creditor enquiries and phone calls Follow up on credit notes, delivery dockets as required Reconcile creditor invoices to statements Assist in posting invoices and subcontractor progress claims to Jobpac Assist in preparation of monthly invoice and subcontractor payment runs. Process payments in Jobpac. File paid invoices / progress claims. Assist with archiving of records as required. Assist with reception and telephone calls as/when required Assist with stationery orders and update records as required Liaise with project staff in relation to invoices and subcontractor payments Carry out other duties as required.Experience required Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a fast paced environmentExcel skills (Intermediate to advanced)Details of personality that would be suitableStrong communication skills
