The roleWe have a very rare opportunity to join our Finance team based in Brisbane, where you'll become an integral member of our close-knit, fun and friendly team. You'll be able to combine your finance and administration skills to provide support to the Finance and Executive Leadership Team with the administration of the accounting and payroll systems, office, events and meetings.
Coordinate and prepare for all Board and Executive Leadership Meetings including travel and catering arrangements.Assist CEO & CFO with board secretarial work and compilation and distribution of board reporting.Coordinate timing, catering, equipment preparation and servicing of meeting rooms and meetings. Greet external guests where required.Assist with group calendars and bookings.Assist (from time to time) with taking minutes in requested meetings.Assist with accounts payable in the processing of supplier invoices and reconciling to statements ensuring these accounts are accurate and up to date.Assist with accounts receivable withing receipting debtor payments when required and follow up aged debtors on a weekly basis including emails and sending of statements.Reconcile the bank accounts when required.Assist the HR & Payroll Coordinator with maintaining documentation in Team Member files in HR software.Assist with updating internal rosters and with clocking application and time clock entries.Arrange office and vehicle maintenance including cleaners, tradespersons, servicing, security contracts etc.Generally, assist with the efficient running of the office including greeting and assisting visitors and answering the phone and intercom as required.About you:Tertiary qualifications in Office Administration (beneficial but not a prerequisite).Demonstrated experience in office, secretarial and/or accounts administration role or similar.Bookkeeping and record keeping knowledge and experience working with integrated accounting software Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel skills.Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.An excellent communicator, you're not phased juggling multiple tasks at hand and can work diligently with competing priorities.You're a great collaborator with cross-functional teams and external partners and can work independently with a willingness and confidence to manage deadlines.You consider yourself a foodie and have an interest in agriculture.In return you will receive:A competitive rate of pay based on experience.Continued investment in your professional development.Fun, collaborative and engaged team with strong family values.Access to your wage ahead of our fortnightly pay cycle.Access to an Employee Assistance Program offering professional counselling service that can work with you on issues that are affecting you personally or professionally.Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home (as agreed with your manager).Employee discounts on Australia's most awarded branded beef.A supportive environment where great work and effort is recognised and rewarded.Please apply by submitting your resume and a cover letter, applications will close on 29 November 2024.
