Job Description

Located in Pakenham | 6 Month temporary vacancy | Part-time hours. Hays Gippsland are currently working with a small Manufacturer within the large plastics industry located in Pakenham who are seeking an Accounts & Office Administrator to join their team for 6 months as a temporary employee. You will be part of the office team where flexible hours are available for the right candidate to suit both your needs and theirs.
Our client is looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can work semi-autonomously. The responsibilities of the role include:
Invoicing customers Raising and managing Work Orders for the factory floor Entering data for production, supplier invoices, HR records Bank reconciliations General Office Management Other Ad-Hoc duties as required Who we're looking for:
