The Role - Accounts Manager 1 x full-time position available 38hrs per week.
To be considered for this role you will have: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role. Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain. Strong knowledge of real estate and legal practice legislation. QLD drivers Licence. Reliable vehicle. Proficiency in using Escapia software or similar. Proficiency in using Xero accounting software or similar. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience compiling, analysing, and reporting trust account data. Experience in maintaining accurate financial records. Experience in performing audits and resolving discrepancies. Experience in assembling, reviewing and verifying invoices. Experience entering and uploading invoices into Escapia (CRM system). Experience in preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments. Experience monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Experience maintaining owner and vendor files. Experience corresponding with vendors and maintenance inquiries. Experience running mid-month and end of month payments and closing. Solid understanding of maintaining confidentiality of organisational information. Ability to assist team members with account queries and system questions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information. High attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Organisational abilities. Problem-solving skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Compiling, analysing, and reporting trust account data. Maintaining accurate financial records. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies. Assembling, reviewing and verifying invoices. Flagging and clarifying any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices. Entering and uploading invoices into Escapia (CRM system). Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments. Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues. Maintaining owner and vendor files. Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries. Running mid-month and end of month payments and closing. Maintaining confidentiality of organisational information. Assist team members with account queries and system questions. Please note this role requires a criminal history check.
Some weekend work may be required.
