WorkPac is currently in search of an Accounts Manager to join our esteemed client's team based in Redcliffe. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 6 months with potential for permanency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the mining industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Upsell additional products or services and negotiate contract renewals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development.
Ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Monitor account performance metrics such as sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Develop action plans to address any areas of concern in account performance.
Travel to client sites as needed
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in account management or sales.
Familiarity with CRM software or relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
Sales expertise and account management experience.
Proficient negotiation skills for contract renewals and upselling.
Knowledge of the mining industry (preferred)
Organizational skills to monitor account performance metrics.
C-Class Drivers Licence
Success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
