Accounts Manager
We are looking for an Accounts Manager who is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
An Accounts Manager who will be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as compliance with government regulations.
An Accounts Manager who will initially wear many hats and have additional responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and information technology.
The main role of the Accounts Manager is to ensure the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
Duties
Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance Forecasting future financial performance Preparing and analysing budgets Providing accurate financial reports to management Ensuring compliance with government regulations Responsibilities
Ensuring accuracy of financial statements Overseeing all financial planning and analysis Forecasting future performance Recommending changes to improve financial performance Utilising updated technologies for their job Requirements:
Experience in accounting or finance, or needs to be willing to complete a professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA.
Many employers also prefer candidates with experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and Microsoft Excel.
The applicant needs to have experience in this field and be willing to work for a new company wearing many different hats initially with the view to grow with the company.
