Accounts Manager We are looking for an Accounts Manager who is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.

An Accounts Manager who will initially wear many hats and have additional responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and information technology.
The main role of the Accounts Manager is to ensure the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
Duties Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variancesReviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accuratePreparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsRecommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performanceForecasting future financial performancePreparing and analysing budgetsProviding accurate financial reports to managementEnsuring compliance with government regulationsResponsibilities Ensuring accuracy of financial statementsOverseeing all financial planning and analysisForecasting future performanceRecommending changes to improve financial performanceUtilising updated technologies for their jobRequirements: Experience in accounting or finance, or needs to be willing to complete a professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA.
Many employers also prefer candidates with experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and Microsoft Excel.
The applicant needs to have experience in this field and be willing to work for a new company wearing many different hats initially with the view to grow with the company.
