About the Role The Accounts & Logistics Administrator role, is a 12 month contract role, and will be responsible for coordinating customer sales orders, managing orders, shipping and invoicing processes including contract sales, spare parts and warranty orders for the nominated Functional Group and/or regions.
You will be reporting to the Customer Service & Logistics Team Leader and be based at our Boronia Factory.
Key Responsibilities Provide accurate, timely, customer focused administration and data entry of all orders.Liaise with clients, sales and projects staff to clarify order requirements, updating/amending, as necessary.Ensure invoices are raised and processed accurately, within the required timeframes.Manage the order and shipping processing to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of branch and customer ordersCoordinate, complete and review all shipping documentation, ensuring all paperwork conforms to regulations required by the country of destination and departs with the goods by the cut-off time.Follow up deliveries regularly by telephone to ensure customer satisfaction.Complete required reports accurately and on time Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience 3 years+ demonstrated experience in booking air & sea freight and coordinating export shipments (local and international) is essential.3 years+ working in an Accounts Administrator role, or similarPractical knowledge and understanding of purchasing, sales ordering and invoicing processes.Able to control multiple time sensitive projects, be flexible and work accurately and efficiently under pressure.International packing and shipping experience including export documentation, booking freight (air & sea), letters of credits, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin and embassy legalisation. Experience with ERP & OzDocs systems is advantageous. Sound knowledge and understanding of client credit management principles.Open communicator able to converse with the greater TNA team, suppliers and clients. Why work with us?
