The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processingIdentify any discrepancies and problem invoicesReconciliation of accountsPrepare and issue outgoing invoicesLiaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect detailsOther general administrative tasks as requiredAbout you

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous exposure in accounts receivable or invoicingProblem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProfessional demeanor when engaging with internal/external stakeholdersAbility to multi-taskKnowledge of Microsoft packagesWhat is in it for you
