About your new job
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an Accounts and Finance Administrator to join this friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Review and processing of invoices, including cross-checking against a Lease to ensure liable payments if necessary. Liaising with landlords to obtain either amended invoices if there are issues, or requesting supporting documentation to process invoices. Data entry to record all invoices received and processed. Use of Business Central for payments and processing of invoices and reporting. Assistance with month-end data and processing. General administrative duties as required. About you!
• Previous experience in a Financial Admin capacity.
• Business Central knowledge and experience is a benefit.
• Be a friendly and approachable member of the team.
• You will have high attention to detail and the drive to succeed.
• Highly organised with exceptional communication skills.
• Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Have the drive and determination to deliver the best outcome and results.
