Job DescriptionOur Role
The Accounts Executive works closely with the Finance Accountant to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, matching invoices and processing manual payments, including International payments.
The role also entails ensuring all invoices are properly authorised and coded and prepares statutory reporting including PTSR.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring daily processing and management of supplier invoices including cost allocation.Reconciliation of supplier/purchase order management to determine outstanding purchase orders.Timely preparation of weekly payment runs for creditors including processing manual payments and international currency payments and reconciliation of supplier statements.Liaison with Department Heads to ensure approval and processing of outstanding invoices.Reconcile Supplier ATB to GL and ensure they remain in balance.Prepare PTSR reporting data.Maintain supplier database and ensure new supplier setups meet with legislated requirements and corporate policies.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat we are looking for
