At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons' values, through a process of continuous creativity.If you are a proven Accounts Executive with a heart for luxury, we welcome you to apply now!HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?With your exceptional operational abilities, high attention to detail and team-centric approach to work you will:Timely and accurate processing of VIM invoicesFollow-up with buyers if there is any vendor not registered in SAPEnsure our reference number is imprinted on the invoices and proof of delivery or servicesReview and ensure no duplicate payments to vendorsReconciliation against vendor's statement of accounts (SOA)Verify the accuracy of data input by buyer/requestor and ensure that the attached supporting documents are filled in correctly with no missing data or attachmentsTimely validation of Vendor workflow request ticketsValidate Concur expense claim to ensure compliance with the T&E policy, business justification/reasonablenessEnsure expenses are correctly authorised, documented, reported and reimbursedCoordinate boutique petty cash reports to be processed accurately and timely each monthTimely and accurate processing of Intercompany recharge and repair invoicesInvestigate and follow-up on system interface errorsPrepare Intercompany payment via NettingClearing of balance sheet suspense accounts promptlyPrepare open PO without IR report monthly and follow up with buyers on the outstanding invoicesAccrual for all the VIM transactions pending for approval and approved after end of the monthAccrual for Goods-In-TransitIntercompany reconciliation and reporting as per Group Reporting timelineAct as a contact point for Maison in resolving or troubleshooting issues regarding PO/VIM/Vendor workflow/CONCURConduct regular trainings on PO/Vendor workflow/CONCUR to staff and new joinersHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team and Maison. To contribute to team success, you will have:Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional accounting qualificationAt least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably from MNC or large accounting firmStrong accounting knowledge and problem-solving skills; able to think "out of the box"Well versed in Microsoft Excel skill and able to automate templates to improve efficiencyGood presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a high volume and fast-paced environmentKnowledge of accounting software/EPR systems eg.
