About the Role:
As the Accounts Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our transactional accounts function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide essential assistance to our finance and corporate management teams, handling various financial transactions and offering vital administrative support as needed. This position is located within our head office in West Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
End to end accounts payable function
Preparing payment runs in accordance with payment terms
Reconciling supplier statements and follow up any discrepancies
Processing and entering invoices and credit notes
Maintenance of suppliers' ledgers
Monitor and action accounts inbox
Resolving accounts payable queries from both internal and external parties
Assist other members of the finance team as required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts payable
Experience working in a mining & resources company
Experience using Pronto
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed communication, influencing and consultation skills
Capacity to manage complex situations and make decisions under pressure
