Opportunity to take on 6 month contract with a large manufacturing company.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring high-volume claims are entered into the claims database, whilst responding to customer and stakeholder queries via email.
Responsibilities: Ensure high-volume claims are entered into claims database.
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via email to provide support and advice on claims processes.
Ensure communication is maintained throughout the claims cycle.
Recommend and participate in process improvements.
Experience: Experience processing large volumes of data entry claims daily.
Communicating with customers/internal stakeholders via email.
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience or accounting knowledge is highly regarded.
ERP system experience – SAP highly regarded.
Intermediate Excel knowledge required.
