Key person who carries out day-to-day accounts clerical and administrative function for TECC to ensure all the financial records are kept and updated in an orderly and accurately fashion.
Will assist the finance team based on the Ville to produce meaningful and accurate month-end reports.
Ensure all the stakeholders get information so that decisions and analysis can be undertaken properly in a timely fashion.
This person needs to stay on top of the AP/AR function.
The Role
Creating and managing customer invoices
Managing accounts receivable and credit control
Processing and reconciling accounts payable and batch AP run
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Enter financial data into the accounting system with utmost accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring completeness and compliance with the organization's financial reporting standards.
Resolving account queries via phone and email
Assisting with month-end procedures
Supporting the Finance Manager with reporting requirements
About You
Minimum 2-3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Experience with Xero is highly advantageous
Confident and proficient user of Excel, Word and PDF
Willingness to learn and basic accounting knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Professional communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Confident telephone manner
Organized and efficient work style
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
