About the RolePeter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt for a Administration Clerk to join our Warwick Farm Dealership.What the role entails:Data Entry: Processing journals, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings.General Accounting: Costing and processing for used car sales, retail, and wholesale; allocating banking, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts.Office Administration: Ordering stationery, handling various forms and suppliers, electronic archiving/scanning, and physical file management.Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as requiredProcess data and documentation in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure emails are responded to effectively and in a timely mannerProvide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where requiredCollaborate with other teams when projects assignedSupport and champion the PWAH policies and proceduresWhat we are looking for:Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and accuracyrequirementsHigh level of interpersonal, verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsDemonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establish work prioritiesComply so far as reasonable instructions provided by your manager or businessCooperate with any PWAH policies and proceduresAbility to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a teamWhat we offer:The opportunity to work in a well established company with an excellent reputation for customer serviceDiscounts with Samsung A dynamic and friendly work environmentCareer opportunities that only come with working within one of the largest automotive companies
