About the Role You will provide daily support between Accounts and the Lending Solutions settlements team including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: Reconciling daily Client Trust direct deposits to ensure clearance before settlements occur Daily processing of receipts and withdrawals Verify funds for PEXA (e-Conveyancing) settlements Communication with our bank to organise daily bank cheques requirements Follow up and investigate outstanding issues Assist with Trust audit requirements Assist with billing Filing and archiving Adhoc queries and requests from Staff and Management About You To be considered for this role you will have: a minimum of one years' experience in a similar role and / or working in a professional office; strong attention to detail; efficient awareness of time management requirements; a proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities; strong customer service focus; the ability to work autonomously and interact in a team environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills to all level of employees in our organisation; and proficiency at Word, Excel and Outlook.
Whilst you will ideally have settlements experience and a familiarity with Trusts, this is not essential as we are prepared to train you in these areas.
