Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Finance Manager, the candidate will be responsible for, or be involved in the following areas (among other things):
Perform full role of Accounts Payable, including:Ensuring purchase invoices are appropriately approved according to the Delegation of Authorities.Entering purchase invoices into the accounting system.Liaison with suppliers.Maintaining Creditor master file information.Support the month end reconciliation process and reporting.Preparation of internal reports and performing variance analysis as required.Assistance with Accounts Receivable duties on an ad hoc basis.Assistance with auditor queries and information requests on an annual or otherwise basis.General administrative tasks such as covering reception, answering incoming calls and responding to general emails in a professional manner.Other administrative duties as required, including filing, scanning and archiving.Continuously improve and develop back-office processes and procedures.Experience and Skills The candidate will possess Accounts Payable experience of at least 1 year.High attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Competitive Pay: We offer highly competitive pay to reward your skills and dedication.
