Accounts Clerk

The Role
We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team.
This full-time permanent high-paced position will see you:
Prepare and process creditor pay runsReconcile creditor balances with creditor statementsManage petty cashAssist with accounts receivableManage fleet vehicle requirements for fuel and Etoll and the related reconciliations and paymentsVendor / Creditor onboarding including credit applications, ABN and bank account checksThe Person Exceptional customer service and communication skillsExperience in an Accounts Payable roleExcellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skillsIntermediate skills with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Jobpac, Salesforce and Framework is highly desirableWhat we offer
