Accounts Clerk

HPS Transport is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team. Located in Regency Park, HPS Transport prides itself on providing a modern, supportive working environment for all of our team. 


Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for invoicing and following up on outstanding debts across our customer base.

What the role looks like:  Generating invoices and account statements Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries  Processing invoices  General administration duties  Monday - Friday, option to work reduced hours each day.  What we are looking for:  


Accounts receivable or debt collection experience highly regarded. High level time management skills.  High level attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a team and autonomously  Enthusiasm and a desire to take pride in your work.  What we can offer:
