An exciting opportunity awaits to join an established and market-leading Shopping Centre Owner. Our client boasts an outstanding portfolio of shopping centres and now requires a versatile, detail-oriented professional to provide support within their Centre Management team.
The Role
This role requires a resourceful individual with a solid background in accounting and administration, ready to contribute to a collaborative and energetic team.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day administrative support to the finance department.Oversee accounts receivable, tenant invoicing, and debt management, including account reconciliations.Process accounts payable, data entry, and maintain organized electronic filing systems and databases.Manage lease documentation, conduct rent reviews, and gather necessary data.Handle accrual accounting, bank reconciliations, and manage cash flow.Assist in preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports for senior management.Execute general office duties, including answering phone calls/emails and addressing tenant and contractor queries.Key Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in accounting software (MRI, Xero, MYOB) is advantageous.Competent in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), with skills in Word and PowerPoint.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a positive, pro-active mindset.Ability to work autonomously.Required to work full-time 38 hours per week.Benefits: Excellent Remuneration PackageOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and supportive work environmentEmployee discounts at Shopping Centre retailersIf you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contactSummer Janeon0450 472 828.To apply please clickAPPLY NOWor email your CV to******
