Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week

The Role: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our financial team, ensuring the seamless operation of our finance tasks and contributing to our ongoing growth and development. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will engage in a range of financial processes, from managing accounts receivable and payable to preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Processing Accounts Receivable and Payable cycles to ensure compliance and positive cash flow. Develop and uphold financial, administrative, and records management systems. Assist in the monthly financial account's preparation. Resolve queries efficiently, liaising with stakeholders to address issues or variances. Undertake ad-hoc tasks, admin clerical duties, and support the general business needs as required. Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular financial reports. Handle daily bookkeeping functions including accounts management, reconciliations, and reporting. GL code allocation across multiple entities Who You Are: Possess excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Have a proven track record in a similar financial role. Hold qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Demonstrate strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. An enthusiastic individual who is goal-oriented and takes initiative in projects. A team player who continuously seeks improvement and thrives in a busy environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role.
