Accounts Assistant

Account responsibilities include daily cash flow forecast report, account payable, staff claims, data entries, bank reconciliation, inter-company confirmation.Carry out administrative duties such as scan documents into electronic forms, letter opening, filing, stationery order, courier services, arrange documents achieving etc.Assists Assistant Accountant/Accountant in matters to general accounting needs and conform to general accounting principles, and company internal control policies.Account receivable and inventory check as and when needed.Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant Accounting experience.Working knowledge of computerized Accounting software, preferably Navision & Treasury Management Software.To start work immediately or within short notice.Responsible, meticulous on details, documents/invoices, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.Able to work independently as well as in a teamAble to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines. Committed & possess good interpersonal skills. Only applicable to Citizen or PR of Australia.5 days weekPlease send your CV / Resume to: [email protected]
