You will be a part of a supportive and collaborative team who are passionate about exceptional customer service.The Role:Daily processing of bank reconciliations for:Individual administration accountsGroup accountsTrust accountsProcessing Trust account allocations and paymentsProcessing supplier invoicesSaving incoming correspondencePreparing weekly/monthly paymentsAttending to stakeholder enquiriesManaging the AP email inbox for a range of queriesPayroll support assisting with approval and accuracy of time and attendance records from DeputyProvide reporting, and administrative support to the Senior BookkeeperAssisting the Team with billing and banking tasksOther ad hoc duties as requiredSkills & Experience:At least 2 years' prior experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or similar roleExperience in bank reconciliationsOther professional experience or exposure such as Accounting, Medical or Real Estate Practice advantageous but not required.Reservation and scheduling software knowledge highly desirable but not required.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesDemonstrate initiative and take responsibilityKnowledge of Xero SoftwareKnowledge of Deputy Rostering software or similarProficient in Microsoft Excel and solid IT skillsIdeally you will have trust accounting experienceWork Authorisation:All applicants must have working rights in Australia and are subject to a Police Check (National Police Certificate).If you are looking for a change, please click the APPLY NOW button and send through your resume.
