About the role

We require a passionate and dedicated Accounts Assistant to assist our Accountant with all aspects relating to the company's general financial management.
The role will primarily involve invoicing, managing purchases and bills, as well as processing fortnightly payroll.
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

Assisting with invoicing, bills, purchases, and payroll Updating other company systems to notify clients of budgets, etc.
Assisting with financial reports General administration Any other administrative duties as directed by management

Minimum Requirements:

Empathetic, passionate, and caring Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Experience in a similar role Experience with standard computer programs and the ability to quickly learn new programs Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality National Police Check Current Driver's Licence Experience in Xero and Microkeeper
