Accounts Assistant Independent Timber Supplies location Perth.
Independent Timber Supplies is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our thriving business. This is a position is for the detail-oriented person ready to join our dynamic team on a part time basis. The set working days are Monday and Tuesday, with additional days for leave coverage available.
Who are we and what we need. Independent Timber Supplies are a WA business that is locally owned and been operating for over 30 years.  We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders and Owner Builders with our timber supply and Manufacturing of prefab frames and trusses in the Western Australian building market.

About the role assist with Payroll including timesheets. Accurate and timely reporting. Accounts receivable and payable, Data Entry. Administration duties, filing, archiving.
To Successful you will need previous experience with payroll for similar sized business and be confidential in nature. Experience working with Microsoft Suite to a high level of proficiency and accuracy while meeting deadlines under minimal supervision.
Maintain organisational methods and follow set procedures. Excellent customer service and support for both internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to Drug and Alcohol testing prior to employment and understanding during employment random testing is conducted. Current Drivers licence for ad hoc duties.
