Accounts Assistant

Job Description

Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
Generate reports on accounts receivable status
Ensure timely payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances
Perform bank reconciliations
Process and manage cancellations
Investigate unresolved issues
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Understanding of the accounts receivable function or previous experience in an accounts environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
